Heidi Delobelle holds a master’s degree in Mathematical Sciences and Actuarial Sciences.

Heidi started her career at Ageas’s Belgian subsidiary AG Insurance in 1998. Since then she held various positions in Employee Benefits to become Chief Risk Officer of AG in 2012. Since 2019, Heidi was Managing Director of AG’s Employee Benefits & Health Care business.

On 22 October 2020, Heidi Delobelle was appointed Chief Executive Officer of AG Insurance. In this role, she also joined the Management Committee of the Group as ‘CEO Belgium’.
